Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to: items returned within 7 days (unworn, unwashed, with tags), defective/damaged products, and wrong items received.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item (2-3 business days), we notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods

Online: Refunded to original payment method. COD: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).

Non-Refundable

Final sale items, customized products, items without tags, and items showing signs of use are not eligible.
