1. Returns
We strive for perfection, but realize that issues can occur:
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:
- Customized or altered sarees.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected by our quality team:
- The refund will be processed immediately upon approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Shipping Charges
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
